Congratulations! You are considering mediation or another dispute resolution process. Statistics throughout the world convincingly establish that mediation has at least an 80% chance of successfully leading the parties to an agreement, including situations where the parties are deadlocked. Few other processes have a success rate that high.

ADVANTAGES OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Private and Confidential
The dispute resolution process, the ultimate resolution, and even the dispute itself, may be kept confidential by agreement of the parties.
Each case receives individual attention. Most cases can be scheduled by ADR in a matter of days, and cases are moved at a pace decided by the parties. Crowded dockets and court delays are avoided.
Our procedures are designed to expedite discovery and quickly resolve issues that often cause delay. Attorney’s fees and other litigation expenses are minimized. Cases resolved through ADR are at substantially less expense than traditional litigation.
Both parties are committed to resolving the dispute without engaging in expensive and time consuming processes. The agreement to use ADR is an important first step towards successfully resolving disputes.
We offer a full range of dispute resolution services to individuals, government agencies, professionals and businesses.
ADR’s alternative dispute resolution services are approved annually by the Office of Judicial Administration.
