Michael "Mike" Hodgson

For more than 20 years, Michael “Mike” Hodgson has focused his legal practice on complex litigation and class actions across a wide range of matters, including employment disputes, wage-and-hour litigation, consumer protection, and wiretapping claims. Throughout his career, Mike has worked alongside many of the nation’s preeminent plaintiff and defense law firms, earning a reputation for skillful, effective advocacy. Since college, Mike’s legal career has spanned both public service and private practice. He has worked for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office, represented incarcerated individuals in family law matters, and handled corporate litigation involving riparian rights. He later transitioned to a civil litigation practice with a focus on multi-party class and collective actions, representing clients both regionally and nationwide. Mike has been recognized as a Super Lawyers honoree every year since 2011 for his excellence in litigation. In addition to his litigation experience, Mike is an accomplished small business owner. He has operated The Hodgson Law Firm, LLC since 2011, after gaining substantial experience working at area law firms.
